Delete Your Verdix Account

We are sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data using the steps below, or by contacting us directly.

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open Verdix and go to Settings (gear icon).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
  3. Confirm by typing "DELETE" when prompted.
  4. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to support@everydayutilitystudio.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Verdix account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your user profile (name, email, preferences)
  • All plant profiles and photos
  • Garden plans and bed layouts
  • Care schedules and reminder history
  • Harvest logs and yield data
  • IoT sensor configurations and historical readings
  • Financial records and expense reports
  • Crop rotation plans and field maps
  • Subscription and billing information (managed by Apple/Google)

Retention period: Account data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. Backups are purged within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not personally identifiable) may be retained.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
