Acceptance

By using any app or the website operated by Everyday Utility Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Apps and subscriptions

  • Some apps offer optional paid subscriptions managed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscription terms: you may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
  • All pricing is displayed before purchase. No hidden fees.

Permitted use

These apps are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any app without written permission.

Anonymized research data (AniLedger)

By using AniLedger, you acknowledge that the app may collect and use anonymized, de-identified animal health data for scientific research, veterinary medicine advancement, and conservation purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. All personal information is removed before any research use, and no individual user or animal can be identified from research datasets. You may opt in or opt out of research data contribution at any time via the Settings screen within the app. Opting out does not affect your access to app features or your subscription. Research data may be shared with universities, government agencies (such as the USDA and NIH), veterinary research organizations, and conservation foundations solely for the purpose of improving animal health outcomes and supporting conservation efforts.

Verdix subscriptions

Verdix offers the following subscription tiers, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • Seedling (Free): Up to 5 plants, basic AI identification, and care reminders. No payment required.
  • Grower: $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Unlimited plants, garden planner, companion planting, composting tracker, harvest logging, seed inventory, and weather alerts.
  • Cultivator: $19.99 per month or $159.99 per year. All Grower features plus IoT sensor integration, hydroponic monitoring, nutrient management, harvest analytics, beekeeping tools, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Farm Pro: $49.99 per month or $399.99 per year. All Cultivator features plus crop rotation planning, equipment maintenance scheduling, financial suite with P&L reporting, precision agriculture tools, GPS field mapping, and irrigation management.
  • Commercial: $99.99 per month or $799.99 per year. All Farm Pro features plus greenhouse climate controls, wholesale B2B marketplace tools, RFID tracking, labor management, compliance and audit trail, and multi-location support.

All paid annual plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The apps and website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Utility Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
