AniLedger includes three validated veterinary hospice scales: HHHHHMM (Villalobos, 7 dimensions × 10 points), Lap of Love Daily QoL (4 × 10), Ohio State (5 × 2). Trend analysis tracks 7-day average and consecutive low-score days.
