  1. From the home screen, tap Clock In/Out.
  2. Pick entry type: work, PTO, sick, holiday, bereavement, training.
  3. Add shift notes if needed.
  4. Tap Clock In. The app stamps GPS location and start time.
  5. Take breaks and end shifts as needed.
  6. Weekly total updates in real time. 40hr overtime flag triggers automatically.

Pay rate per role is configurable. Weekly summary shows hours × rate by role.

💾CSV Export to Payroll

Export timesheets as CSV compatible with Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex import. AniLedger does NOT calculate tax withholding — that's your payroll provider's job. The CSV is data only.
