- From the home screen, tap Clock In/Out.
- Pick entry type: work, PTO, sick, holiday, bereavement, training.
- Add shift notes if needed.
- Tap Clock In. The app stamps GPS location and start time.
- Take breaks and end shifts as needed.
- Weekly total updates in real time. 40hr overtime flag triggers automatically.

Pay rate per role is configurable. Weekly summary shows hours × rate by role.

Export timesheets as CSV compatible with Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex import. AniLedger does NOT calculate tax withholding — that's your payroll provider's job. The CSV is data only.
