📜Multi-Registry Animals

  1. From the animal profile, tap "Registration Numbers".
  2. Tap + and pick a registry from the species-specific list.
  3. Enter registration number, full registered name, breed, color/marking, division, status, issued date.
  4. Repeat for each registry the animal is enrolled with.
Animals can be registered with multiple sanctioning bodies simultaneously — AKC + UKC, AQHA + APHA + Foundation, ADGA + AGS + IDGR, AU + IF, etc. AniLedger handles all of them with proper registry-specific breed/color/division.
💡
The registry picker is auto-filtered by species cluster. A goat shows ADGA, AGS, IDGR, ABGA, KGBA. A horse shows AQHA, APHA, AERC, USEF, Jockey Club, etc.

📅Show Entries Log

  1. From the animal profile, tap "Show Entries".
  2. Tap + Quick Add. Enter show name, sanctioning body, class, discipline.
  3. Add result: placement, score, time, points earned (multi-system).
  4. Mark Q/Major/Double-Q flags if applicable — these feed the title progression engine automatically.
  5. Add prize money, entry costs, stall costs, travel costs.
  6. Log judge name and notes.
Log every show, class, day, and result. The app supports multi-system points — a 4-H exhibitor at one show can earn NJAA + 4-H + county fair + state fair points simultaneously, all logged in one entry.

The Lifetime Summary card on the Show Entries screen shows: total shows, first places, qualifying runs, majors, total prize money, and points by system. Updated in real time.

⚡Title Progression Engine (The Killer Feature)

  1. From the animal profile, tap "Title Progression".
  2. Tap + and pick a title to pursue.
  3. The app shows requirements: required legs, points, majors, different judges, double Qs.
  4. Per-criterion progress bars update automatically as you log show entries.
  5. When all criteria are met, the title is auto-marked Earned — no manual entry needed.
AniLedger ships with 30+ predefined title definitions: AKC CH, GCH, CD, CDX, UD, OTCH, RN, RACH, NA, MACH, PACH, TD; CFA CH, GC, DM; TICA CH, GR CH, SGR CH; USDF Bronze/Silver/Gold; ARBA GC; ADGA GCH/Permanent Champion/Star Milker; ABGA Ennobled; AERC Decade Team; APA Master Exhibitor. When you log a show entry with qFlag=true and a judge name, every active title pursuit for that animal automatically picks up the leg + judge.

🥇Awards Library

  1. From the animal profile, tap "Awards".
  2. Tap + and enter award name, scope (national/regional/state/local/lifetime), discipline, ranking, money, points, certificate URL, win photo.
  3. Awards are grouped by year on the screen.
Lifetime achievements, hall-of-fame inductions, year-end championships. Color-coded scope badges: gold (national), silver (regional), purple (lifetime). Hero card shows total awards count + lifetime money + lifetime points.
